DESCRIPTION AND MAINTENANCE

Singular Logistics’ load transport system is built around an electrified overhead rail and independent carts equipped with artificial intelligence. Thanks to this onboard intelligence, each cart carries a complete map of the circuit and can communicate with the rest of the fleet, enabling it to find the fastest and most efficient routes based on task requests and current traffic conditions. Shifting the intelligence from the system to the carts not only simplifies configuration eliminating the need for any programming but also delivers significant savings in infrastructure costs.

Instead of using expensive materials like aluminium, the rails are built from standard steel IPE profiles, which are far more cost-effective. What is more, components like rail switches—traditionally one of the main maintenance hotspots—are eliminated entirely.

In short, Singular Logistics’ disruptive system offers the same capabilities as a traditional electrified rail system, but at a much lower cost, with reduced maintenance needs, simpler installation, and greater flexibility and scalability. This system brings competitive advantages to small and medium-sized enterprises that were previously only available to large production centres.

The SL1500 – Claw Model is a specialized version of the autonomous transport system developed by Singular Logistics, specifically designed to grip, lift, and transport loads fully automatically using a high-precision mechanical claw.

Developed to meet the demands of industries such as steel, metallurgical, textile and paper, this model withstands high operating temperatures, and enables the safe handling of coils, machined components, or other individual items.

Featuring a load capacity of 800 kg and a standard lifting height of 500 mm, the SL1500 - Claw offers operational versatility in complex industrial environments. It can also operate in tandem mode, increasing its capacity and range for the most demanding logistic applications.

SL-1500. SYSTEM FOR HEAVY LOAD TRANSPORT

The SL-1500 is Singular Logistics’ solution specifically designed for transporting heavy loads of up to 1500 kg. Process automation is achieved through an onboard chain or roller conveyor, which handles loading and unloading operations autonomously.

The SL-1500 system allows for transport customisation beyond traditional pallets. It is possible to design a variety of loading systems to meet the specific needs of each case, as well as to automate other types of functions.

The main advantage of this type of overhead transport system is that it frees up floor space in the production area for other activities, making it ideal for implementation in existing facilities that cannot accommodate a traditional system.
