The system adapts quickly and seamlessly to changes in plant layout. Routes can be updated through the E-MAP, while additional vehicles can be integrated thanks to the Plug & Play architecture, with no construction work or production downtime.

Using just 350 W, the system can automatically transport loads of up to 1,500 kg at speeds of up to 1 m/s, continuously and 24/7. No operators or batteries are required, while maintenance is limited to the vehicles themselves.
Greater Workplace Safety
By separating material flow from pedestrian traffic, the system significantly reduces the risk of collisions and enhances safety across the plant. Operating at 48 V DC, it requires no maintenance at height and features anti-drop protection and collision-avoidance sensors.

Every load unit is tracked in real time, minimizing the risk of human error and providing complete visibility throughout the process. The system integrates with ERP, WMS and other management platforms, enabling end-to-end traceability and greater control over operations.
Greater Profitability
The S235 steel overhead rail, IPE profiles and static switches help reduce initial CAPEX. By eliminating the need for operators and minimizing maintenance requirements, the system significantly reduces OPEX while enabling continuous 24/7 operation.
