DESCRIPTION AND MAINTENANCE

Singular Logistics' O-RGV (Overhead Rail Guided Vehicle) high-altitude freight transport system is based on a FLEXITRACK electric track with vehicles equipped with an autonomous and decentralized control system that allows them to move independently. Each vehicle incorporates the complete circuit map (E-Map) and is able to communicate with the rest through WiFi, thus tracing the fastest and most optimal routes based on both the requests received and the traffic status. The system is 100% parameterizable and requires 0% programming in each application, even in modifications or expansions.

Instead of using expensive materials such as aluminum, FLEXITRACK electricways are manufactured with standard IPE steel profiles, which are much more economical. Crossings and intersections are resolved by static switches, without moving parts, motors or sensors, which eliminates one of the main maintenance points of traditional systems. The electricway is powered at 48V DC, without electrical risk, and can be modified with conventional boiler work without the need for high precision or specific equipment.

In short, our O-RGV system allows the same performance as a traditional electricway system, but at a much lower cost, with 24/7 operation without batteries, less need for maintenance, easier installation and great flexibility and scalability. A system that brings to small and medium-sized enterprises competitive advantages so far forbidden to large production centers.

SL 100 O-RGV-  SYSTEM FOR LIGHT TRANSPORT


The SL-100 O-RGV (Overhead Rail Guided Vehicle) front loading system is the Singular Logistics solution specially designed for the transport of light loads up to a maximum of 100 kg, in boxes of any size.

In its standard version, it incorporates a conveyor belt or motorized rollers to automate loading and unloading operations, in whose stations it is combined with roller tables, conveyor belts, dynamic shelves and slides, among others. To raise the boxes or goods to be transported to the level of the tracks we have an elevator designed specifically for this task.

In addition, in its front-loading layout, the SL-100 O-RGV can incorporate drive through functionality, which allows to optimize the flow of loading and unloading by producing without stopping the vehicle when passing through the stations.

The main advantage of this type of high-altitude transport systems is to free the soil of the production center for other activities. This makes it ideal both for its implementation in existing facilities that cannot incorporate a traditional system, and for those sectors that require a high degree of sanitation and cleaning, given that the equipment intended for this purpose can operate at all times without interrupting production.
