Our smart carts are autonomous and independent, which is a huge advantage at an operating level, minimizing field work in the configuration and launching phases. The savings in time and implementation costs are real.
Our platforms do not require a centralized system for controlling the whole installation, nor do they need cart programming, allowing them to reduce the installation and maintenance costs.
Also, it is super easy to increase or decrease the number of carts per circuit without the need to stop the supply chain.
Our system maintains improvements of conventional electrified rails and is not invasive. The cart circuit is installed overhead, thus exploiting at maximum the available space while granting clean cargo transportation, capable of coexisting with other mobility systems.
Thanks to our smart, interconnected carts, we can reduce production waiting times. The closest cart to the cargo is the one assigned for its pick-up. Also, the load and unload of boxes does not stop, making transportation processes quicker and thus saving time.
